About NADO

Switzerland works in four national languages and lives in far more. Roughly a quarter of the people in this country were born somewhere else, and most of them, at some point, have sat in a waiting room or on the phone to a tradesperson trying to explain something important in a language they are still learning.

The information needed to avoid that already exists — professionals know which languages they work in — it has simply never been treated as something you can search on. That is the whole idea behind NADO.

What we are

A marketplace for finding and booking local professionals in Switzerland: beauty and wellness, healthcare, home services, legal, finance, education and more. Every professional lists the languages they actually work in alongside their prices, availability and verified reviews.

What we are not

We are not an integration service or a help portal. We are a normal marketplace that happens to solve one thing unusually well. A Swiss-German family looking for a Saturday hairdresser and a Ukrainian family looking for a paediatrician who speaks Ukrainian are both using the same product for the same reason: they want the right person and they want to understand each other.

Where we are

We are starting in Zürich and opening city by city. The platform already carries every canton, and professionals in Geneva, Basel, Bern, Lausanne, Lucerne, Winterthur, St. Gallen and Lugano are listed.
