For customers
Does it cost anything to use NADO?
No. Searching, booking and posting job requests are free for customers. Professionals pay for a Pro subscription if they want online booking, job alerts and analytics — but a free profile is a full profile.
How do I know a professional really speaks the language they list?
Language claims are made by the professional, and the reviews are the check on them — customers reviewing in that language is a strong signal. We also mark proficiency: native, fluent or conversational. If someone has overstated their level, report the profile and we will look at it.
Do I pay through the platform?
Not at the moment. You pay the professional directly, by whichever method they accept — this is listed on their profile. Because of that, be cautious of anyone asking for a deposit to an account outside the arrangement you agreed with them.
Can I use the site in one language and search in another?
Yes, and that is deliberate. The interface language and the languages you want a professional to speak are separate settings. Plenty of people read the site in English and look for a Ukrainian-speaking dentist.
What happens if a professional cancels on me?
You are notified immediately and the booking is released. Tell us if it becomes a pattern with a particular professional — repeated late cancellations affect their standing in search results.
Is my address visible when I post a job?
No. Professionals see your postcode and an approximate map area. Your exact address is shared with one professional only, after you have chosen them.
For professionals
What does it cost to list my services?
A Basic profile is free and stays free: services, prices, photos, languages, reviews and direct enquiries. Pro costs CHF 49 per month and adds online booking, job request alerts, analytics and team management.
Do you take commission on bookings?
No. There is no commission and no per-lead fee. You keep what you charge.
How long does verification take?
Identity checks are usually done within one working day. Business and qualification checks take two to three working days because a person reads them. Register checks for regulated professions can take longer if the register itself is slow to respond.
Can I remove a bad review?
No, and neither can we simply because it is negative. You can reply to it publicly, which most customers read carefully. If a review breaks our guidelines — personal data, abuse, or a review for work that never happened — report it and it will be assessed.
I already use another booking system. Can I still be listed?
Yes. Set your profile to link out to your existing booking page instead of using ours. Many clinics and salons do this.
Can I pause my profile?
Yes — set it to hidden from your dashboard at any time. Bookings already confirmed stay in your calendar. Nothing is deleted.
