Prohibited services

NADO must not be used to offer:

• Illegal services.
• Services the provider is not legally entitled to perform.
• Regulated activity without the required licence or authorisation.
• Fraudulent credentials or forged documents.
• Deliberately undeclared or illegal-work offers.
• Harmful or deceptive services.
• Activities prohibited by applicable law.
• Misleading impersonation of a regulated professional.

Community guidelines still apply for conduct that is not itself a listed service.
