Privacy policy

This policy is a working draft for the private beta. It describes our intended practice and must be reviewed against the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR before public launch.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and optionally phone number and profile photo.
• Preferences: interface language, the languages you want a professional to speak, and your city or postcode.
• Activity: searches, bookings, job requests, messages and reviews.
• Technical data: device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address.

What we deliberately do not collect

We do not ask for health information. Healthcare professionals are listed for discovery only; appointments are made through the practice's own system, and any clinical detail you share goes to them, not to us. Job requests should not contain medical information.

Address privacy

When you post a job request, only the postcode and an approximate map area are shown to professionals. Your exact address is released to a single professional, and only once you have chosen them.

Where data is stored

Data is stored on servers in Switzerland or the EU. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data from Profile & settings, or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal data; reviews you have left are anonymised rather than removed, so the record for professionals stays intact.
