Terms of use

These terms are a working draft prepared for the private beta and have not yet been reviewed by Swiss legal counsel. They must be replaced before public launch.

1. Who we are

NADO operates a marketplace that connects customers with independent service professionals in Switzerland. We are not a party to the contract between a customer and a professional, and we do not provide the services listed on the platform.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Bookings and job requests

A booking or an accepted quote creates an agreement between you and the professional. Cancellation terms are set by each professional and shown before you confirm.

4. Reviews

Reviews must describe genuine first-hand experience. We may remove reviews that breach our community guidelines.

5. Liability

We take reasonable care in operating the platform but we do not warrant the quality, safety or legality of services offered by professionals.

6. Governing law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions.
