Provider Terms

1. Independent professionals

These Provider Terms are between you and NADO APP LTD, company number 17434089, registered in England and Wales, registered office 5 Williams Road, Upper Heyford, Bicester, England, OX25 5AX, United Kingdom. Listing on NADO does not make you an employee, worker or agent of NADO. NADO is not an employment, recruitment or temporary staffing agency. The marketplace is intended to connect customers with independent service providers for services, not to arrange employment relationships. You choose whether to accept work, set your availability and — where the product allows — your prices. You may work elsewhere.

2. What you are responsible for

• The legality of each service you list, in each place you offer it.
• Your right to provide those services, including any immigration or work-authorisation rules that apply to you.
• Tax and Swiss social-security (AHV) obligations that apply to you.
• Licences, authorisations, permits and professional registrations the law requires for those services.
• Insurance where the law requires it.
• Professional standards and the accuracy of your profile, prices and claims.
• How you deal with customers and the quality of the work you perform.

3. Warranties

Each time you publish or keep a service live you confirm that: you are legally entitled to provide it; you hold any licence, registration, qualification or authorisation the law requires; your information is accurate; you will tell NADO if a required authorisation expires, is suspended or is revoked; and you are responsible for applicable tax and social-security obligations.

4. Individuals without a registered company

You may list as an independent professional without a GmbH, AG, Ltd, Commercial Register extract, UID or VAT number. That status is not treated as suspicious and does not by itself block publishing, contact, booking or reviews. Creating or publishing a NADO profile does not itself establish that you are legally entitled to perform paid work. You are responsible for satisfying applicable work-authorisation, social-insurance (AHV/AVS), tax, business-registration and professional requirements before providing services. NADO does not obtain those registrations for you.

Before accepting paid work, make sure you have completed any work notification or authorisation required for your status and canton. Requirements can differ by canton, immigration status and whether the activity is employment or self-employment. Do not assume that protection status S (Permit S) by itself allows every kind of self-employment without a notification or authorisation. Official guidance is published by the State Secretariat for Migration (sem.admin.ch) and by cantonal migration offices. Social-insurance guidance is published by the AHV/AVS compensation offices (ahv-iv.ch).

5. Registered businesses

If you say you operate through a registered business, NADO may ask for evidence of that business. A “Business verified” badge appears only after that check. It does not cover every employee or every service.

6. Service-specific compliance

NADO asks for the minimum evidence needed for the particular service. Not every profession requires a NADO verification beyond identity. A low-risk service may go live after identity verification and these declarations. Where NADO requires verification for a regulated service, that service will not be published until the required verification has been completed. One blocked service does not automatically suspend your whole profile. An identity check is not a medical, licence or qualification check.

7. NADO’s right to verify

NADO may request evidence, check official registers, contact an issuing body where that is lawful, hide a service pending review, remove fraudulent evidence, ask you to verify again, and respond to a regulator or court. NADO does not verify everything on every profile.

8. Documents

Customers never see the files you upload. They see badges and status only. Treat identity papers as highly restricted. Tell us if a licence is revoked, suspended or has expired — there is a control for that in settings.

9. Removal

NADO may remove or suspend a listing for fraud, false documents, an expired blocking licence, illegal activity, serious safety complaints, repeated material breaches of these Terms, or a regulator request. We aim to review fairly where the situation allows.
